Bulk Billing
We offer bulk billing for all childhood Immunisations, Pensioner card holders and Department of Veteran affairs Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm with a valid Medicare card.
All Saturday appointments will be privately billed, regardless of a valid pension card. The minimum out of pocket fees for Saturday consultations are $35.
Private Billing
All other consultations are privately billed

Standard Consultation Fee $55.00
Reduced Consultation Fee $40.00
Minimum Consultation Fee $25.00
Pick Up Fee $20.00
Pick Up Fee (Urgent) $25.00

Bulk billing is at the discretion of the doctor. Please feel free to discuss this with them.
Workers Compensation
You will be required to pay for your initial Workcover consultation and claim reimbursement from your employer. When the Insurance Provider has accepted liability and given you a claim number, we can then forward accounts to the Insurer.
Longer appointments are available if you have multiple issues or a complex issue to discuss
Procedure Fees
Please note all procedures require an initial consultation with your doctor to discuss complexity, cost and duration of your procedure.
All procedures attract a private fee regardless of your age or concession. Your doctor will inform you of which fee applies prior to your procedure appointment.
Iron Infusion Procedure
Gap fee $150
Nurse Fees
A $10-$20 private fee will apply to all appointments in our Nurse's treatment room where a doctor is not required to be called down, as well as triage phone consultations with our nurse.
This fee covers the cost of consumable items, the use of the treatment room, instruments, sterilisation costs and our nurse's expertise and time.
There is no Medicare rebate for the Nurse fee.
Payment Options
Payment will be collected after each visit, either in person, over the phone or through Hotdoc our secure online platform.
If you book online your credit card details will be stored and money will be debited after your consultation. If you book over the phone a secure link will be sent via sms. (Please note, fees stated through Hotdoc are an estimate only and a processing fee applies to all Hotdoc payments.) The Medicare rebate will be processed on your behalf after payment has been received via any method.
